There I said it. I’m sure you are confused right? Wrong. If you are starting a business for the sole purpose of making money you are in for a big disappointment. You will get no argument from me that we need to earn money to survive. The problem is when you are going into business for yourself you need to have something to motivate you besides money.
Let me explain. Let’s say your business isn’t earning what you thought it would? Your first inclination will be to just quit and close the doors right? Well if you are in business because you have a passion for what you are doing you will be motivated to continue. You will be motivated to find new and creative ways to make your business work.
Remember do what you love and the money will follow.
